You have the option to request a refund for some payments through your Sellvia account. Please, follow these steps to proceed with the cancelation of the service:
Log in to your Sellvia account using this link: https://account.sellvia.com/login.
Once logged in go to "My Account" --> “Transactions” tab and select “Report an issue”.
Submit the issue and proceed with the refund by clicking the refund button.
