How to Process Orders?

When you receive an order in your Sellvia store, the order is synchronized with your Sellvia account (fulfilled) and paid there to be sent to the Sellvia US warehouse and then shipped to your customers.

There are 2 ways on how to process orders: automatically or manually.

Automated order processing

Sellvia offers a feature of automated order processing through deposit balance. You deposit some funds into your Sellvia account and when you get an order the amount due is automatically withdrawn and the order is shipped. You can top up your Deposit balance in your Sellvia account.

NOTE: The autopayment is enabled for those orders that are placed after the deposit is created. If you have any pending orders in your Sellvia account berofe the deposit was created and autopayment enabled, they will have to be paid manually to be sent to Sellvia.

With the autofulfillment and auto-payment on, when a new order is placed on your site, your customer and you will receive a purchase notification from your site (that way you will know there is an order in your store). Then, once the order is shipped, your customer will receive an automated notification with the tracking ID from the shipping company.


Manual Order Processing

In case you haven't activated the deposit, then, when someone buys a product in your store, you will receive a copy of the customer's purchase notification and the order will appear in your Sellvia account dashboard.

To log in to your Sellvia account, please go to https://account.sellvia.com/login. You will be redirected to a login page that will ask you to provide the e-mail associated with your Sellvia subscription.

You will receive a one-time login link to the e-mail you provided. If you don't receive an email, please, check the spam folder.

Once logged in, go to Orders tab. This section displays the orders you have on your website.

To process the order, click on "Process order" button next to the order.

You can select how to process the order: through credit/debit card, PayPal or via Sellvia deposit if you have one. Select your payment method and click 'Complete".

Congratulations, your order is paid and is on it's way to your customer!
