How to place an order from Amazon with Sellvia

Connecting your Sellvia account and your Amazon store

You can connect your Amazon store and your Sellvia account to sync orders and process them with Sellvia. You will need to connect the store once, and then use it to process orders you receive.

To connect your Amazon store and Sellvia account:

  1. Log into your Sellvia Dashboard, go to 'My Account' and click the 'Sellvia account' link. You will be redirected to your Sellvia account.

  1. Open 'Stores'.

  2. Click the plus icon in the right top corner to create new keys.

  3. Click the downward arrow of the new keys to see the details and then click 'Login Amazon'.

  4. You will be redirected to your Amazon Seller Central login page. Log in to your Amazon Seller account.


  5. You will see the permission page. Check the box at the bottom, click 'Confirm' and your store and Sellvia account will be connected.

  6. In your Sellvia account โ†’ Stores you will see the name of your store and new buttons to log out of Amazon and to sync your orders

Synchronizing your orders and placing them with Sellvia

  1. To synchronize your orders, click the 'Sync orders' button in Sellvia account โ†’ Stores โ†’ [your Amazon account], select the period (when you received unprocessed orders on Amazon) and click 'Sync'. The sync will import all the 'Unshipped' orders for the selected period from 'Seller Fulfilled orders' in your Amazon account that have at least one product from Sellvia.

  1. When the order sync is over, you will see a pop-up notification that the orders have been synchronized and Sellvia account โ†’ Orders will open. The imported orders from Amazon will be marked with an orange circle with an exclamation mark.

  1. The mark means that the order does not have the info about the customer: Amazon has limitations for syncing the personal data of your customers automatically. However, you can add them manually from Amazon. Click on the downward arrow to open the order details and click 'Edit' to copy-paste the missing info into the order.

4. Once you add a customer's name and address, you can process it and place with Sellvia. Click on the checkbox next to the order in the list and select checkout.

  1. That will redirect you to the checkout page, where you can pay for the products and shipping:

    If your payment is a success, you will see a 'Thank You' page and in the 'Orders' the payment status of your order in your Sellvia account will change to 'Paid'.

  2. Once the order status in your Sellvia account changes into Shipped, You will also receive an email from Sellvia notifying you that the order has been sent and providing you with its tracking ID and the tracking ID will be added in the order on Amazon within an hour. You will see the order has moved to Shipped tab.

  3. If for some reason the tracking ID has not been added to the order in your Amazon account after one hour, you can open Sellviaโ†’ Orders (you will need to click the downward arrow to see the tracking), copy the tracking ID and add it into the order in your Amazon account manually. To do that, if you marked the order as 'shipped' on Amazon after you placed it, open your orders in Amazon and click 'Edit shipment'

  4. OR, if you haven't marked the order as shipped before, click the yellow Confirm Shipment button.

  5. Now paste the Tracking ID and confirm Shipment. When prompted to select a carrier, please select USPS โ†’ USPS Parcel Select.
