Log into your Sellvia Dashboard, go to 'My Account' and click the 'Sellvia account' link. You will be redirected to your Sellvia account.
Click Open Catalog.
Type in the title of the product your customer purchased in the search field (Please use the part of the title without variation info to find the product)
Click on the product and add the necessary variation to the cart:
If there are other products in the order, add them the same way and proceed to checkout after all the products of the customer's order are added.
When you click Checkout, will be redirected to a page where you should fill in the customers' shipping details. Please type in your email if you do not have a customer's email. Then click Continue to move to the checkout page.
At the checkout page, you should choose a suitable payment method and complete the purchase.
Now open your Sellvia account (step 1). The order will appear in the 'Orders' tab.
Once the order is sent, and the order status is changed into Shipped, the tracking ID will be added in the order in Sellviaā Orders (you will need to click the downward arrow to see the tracking). You will also receive an email from Sellvia notifying you that the order has been sent and providing you with its tracking ID.
