How to withdraw Sellvia Balance

If you use Sellvia Payments as your website's payment gateway, funds go to your Sellvia Balance. You can withdraw funds from there if:

1. The balance is $100 or more

2. All orders have been fulfilled

To request a balance withdrawal, please, log into your Sellvia Account.

Go to the My Account - Home section:

Click the Withdraw Balance button:

Choose a preferable way to receive funds - PayPal or Bank Transfer:

If you choose PayPal, please, enter an email address associated with your PayPal account:

If you choose Bank Transfer, please, enter your bank account details:

When the required fields are fulfilled, please, click Confirm and Send:

You'll receive an email confirmation once a withdrawal is issued.

There is a 5% commission for withdrawals. Currency conversion fees are included. Please note that withdrawals are limited to US$5,000 per withdrawal and cannot be undone. Transferring funds may take up to 7 business days, and your bank or payment processor may apply extra fees.
