Free Trial
Enjoy a 14-day free trial once your store access details are provided. The trial starts from the day you receive these details through a free training session or an automated email.

Important Policies
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your User Account. Canceling your Sellvia subscription will also deactivate your free turnkey store.
Refunds: Sellvia offers a full refund of your latest subscription payment within 30 days upon request. However, please note that refunds for additional services are not available.
Termination of Service: If your subscription is not paid by the due date, it becomes inactive immediately. After seven days, your hosting and turnkey store may be deleted permanently.
