In case your customer does not like a product they received, they will return the product to the seller. To have the product sent directly to Sellvia and process the return successfully, you need to use the address of Sellvia warehouse: 2 PARK PLZ STE 680, IRVINE, CA 92614
To change the return address, go to 'Settings' -> 'Return Settings' of your Amazon Seller account
Select 'Manage Return Addresses' and click 'Manage your return address'.

And the phone number: 1 (877) 682-3601
Please Note! Your Address name and your Full name must be yours.
In case the option Weekend delivery is available in the return address settings, click it and and uncheck the boxes next to Saturday and Sunday and click Save changes.
